This was taken in a basketball tournament in Illinois. It was my first time to take some action shots about basketball and I found it very difficult because of the fast phase of the players. Thought after the day's work, the pictures turn our to be fruitfull.
This is one of my favorite pictures that I took. It is a depiction about how we always be defensive in our own game. We are so overwhelmed by our endeavors that we forget about that someone who opened the door for us to be in the game. Jan 23, 2008
One of the hotest days of summer of 2007 in Prestonsburg Kentucky, USA. He is one of the parishioners who willingly help their church through maintaining the outside lot. This is my memorable first portrait that I took. I just got my Canon Rebel Xti 2 days before this depiction. When I look at this portrait, I am always reminded of the gift of work and the wonderful talents we have.
This picture conveys my idea on how a picture can have a voice. This capacity of pictures can either inspire or devasate a human being. It can either shineforth or distort truth and can show our priorities on how we give meaning to our life. Pictures that we perceive great are all small, the picture that we perceive small is the greatest.
This is an inspiration from an experience in my life about a certain aquaintant who left a formation institution which was caused by an unovercome hurdle. His talent will surely be remembered and a prayer will always be said.
This was taken in Lexington Kentucky on December, 2007. I saw a beautiful exposure and contrast of colors of the sun through the front door of the house of a family friend.
